John obtained his degree at Thames Polytechnic (now Greenwich University) in 1984. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and therefore a Chartered Surveyor, in 1989. He became a fellow of the RICS in 2001. John is a founder member and Director of the company which was formed in 1990. He was Managing Director from 2007 to July 2017.
