Responsibilities: Land, Developments and Valuations
After graduating with an honours degree in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich in 2001, Kevin joined the firm and commenced his studies to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He opted to undertake the valuation pathway, specialising in residential, commercial, development, investment and leisure valuations. Kevin obtained membership in 2003 becoming the youngest Chartered Surveyor in Gibraltar. He was made Director of the Company in 2010 and currently heads the Department of Land, Development and Valuations.
